Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Office Manager to oversee daily operations and administrative functions at our office. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
Duties:
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
- Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments for upper management
- Manage phone systems and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.)
- Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial, and other data
- Assist in organizing company events and team-building activities
- Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities, and office supplies inventory
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or relevant administrative role
- Proficient in MS Office and office management software (e.g., Adobe)
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems, and procedures
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles
- Nice-to-have skills: Event planning, Calendar management, Warehouse office management, Training development, Human resources
